Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns. However, we're committed to making sure every customer is taken care of.
If you experience any of the following, contact us at getmistyco@gmail.com and we'll make it right:
- Item arrived damaged or defective — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
- Order never arrived — we'll investigate and reship or refund in full
- Wrong item received — we'll correct the order immediately
All claims must be submitted within 90 days of your delivery date and may require a photo of the item. We handle every case directly through our support team so you get a real, fast resolution — no return shipping needed.
Are any purchases final sale?
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless they arrive damaged or defective.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow it every step.
