All prices are displayed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Sale prices are only valid during the promotional period stated.
If a pricing error occurs on our site we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you immediately.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe.

5. Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 6-11 business days total.
Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum required.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Mistyco is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 90 day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 90 days of delivery at getmistyco@gmail.com

- Losses exceeding the original purchase price of the product

Our steam cleaners operate at high temperatures. Please observe the following:

- Allow unit to cool completely before refilling
